We are pleased to announce that Todd Hynes has joined our organization as Senior Vice-President, Shared Distribution Services, effective April 1.

In this role, Todd will work to enhance our support services and to further develop and deliver our Advisor Value Proposition. Todd’s role places him in the middle of numerous important initiatives, enabling him to develop and execute strategies that bring together regional wealth and insurance specialists, marketing, and sales training and development. This new role is national in scope and we are looking forward to Todd's crucial contribution.
Todd has over 35 years of experience in the industry, as an advisor and on the carrier side, with a record of accomplishment in sales leadership, M&As, strategic planning, and product design. Most recently, Todd held the role of Vice-President, Strategic Business Initiatives at a national insurance organization where he was heavily involved with the recruitment and development of independent advisors.
Enjoying a longstanding relationship with Financial Horizons Group, Todd joins our team with real excitement for what we are all building together. We believe he is going to make a genuine difference here for our advisors.
More exciting developments
As part of our ongoing efforts to further enhance our advisor experience, we are delighted to announce the following changes to help support our advisors.
Effective April 1, Matt Fishman will take on the newly created role of AVP, Strategic Partnerships & National Initiatives, and Paul Scott will take on the newly created role of AVP, Corporate Development.
Through his dedication to national programs and special projects, Matt will work to build value for existing advisors, expand our reach, and take a lead role in our digital strategy and innovation. This is a well-deserved promotion for Matt, a knowledgeable and agile leader who is tireless in ensuring advisors are at the centre of all that we do.
Paul will lead internal training and development initiatives for our sales leadership across the country, working to ensure members of our team develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our evolving offering. An accomplished Sales leader, Paul has a rich understanding of our industry and of advisors, and is the ideal person to strengthen our dynamic sales presence.
