A Canada Post strike has been confirmed, effective October 22, 2018. Here is how we are responding to the service disruption.
We will follow our standard courier process for all outgoing mail. Please note that couriers may not be able to guarantee their standard delivery times due to projected increases in volume.
If you currently receive mail via Canada Post from your local Financial Horizons Group office, we will scan and email wherever possible – and will courier any documents for which originals are required.
If you currently pick-up your mail at your local Financial Horizons Group office, please continue to do so.
At such time as strike action is concluded, mail operations will revert to normal.
