Our teams continue to work to process business and help you as independent Canadian advisors with holistic financial planning needs.

We have been monitoring developments related to COVID-19, using the latest details from The World Health Organization (WHO), The Canadian Public Healthy Agency and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Our executive and risk management teams have been working diligently, keeping updated as the situation evolves and responding with the best interests of you, your clients and our communities in mind. We have a strong business continuity plan in place, and we continue to work to ensure we are responding and adapting as the ongoing global situation evolves.

 

Continued flow of business processing and field sales teams support while offices are closed

Following advice from health authorities, we have made the difficult decision to close our offices to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

 

We will continue to process your business and support you – our teams are available via phone and email.

Please courier or mail all documents to your local branch office, we have teams in place to manage. We encourage whenever possible, to scan and email all documents to your local branch office contacts.

 

Electronic processing and non-face-to-face new business procedures

Recognizing the importance of continuing the flow of business, and meeting the needs of your clients, we wanted to provide a recap of electronic ways of working with your clients.

The majority of carriers have e-app, including non-face-to-face options, and e-policy delivery in place. See the list of electronic processing information for carriers that have non-face-to-face options.

Our goal is to continue to provide a safe workplace for our employees, and to continue to serve our advisors and customers without interruption. We are friends, partners, colleagues, and neighbours, and we want the best for you and our communities.
