A number of our offices have progressed to Phase 2 of their reopening plans, which means they are accepting visitors by appointment. Other offices have progressed to Phase 3, which means that doors will be unlocked and visitors are being accepted with or without appointments. Please contact your local branch office to confirm the relevant status.

Our teams continue to work to process business and help you as independent Canadian advisors with holistic financial planning needs.

We have been monitoring developments related to COVID-19, using the latest details from The World Health Organization (WHO), The Canadian Public Healthy Agency and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Our executive and risk management teams have been working diligently, keeping updated as the situation evolves and responding with the best interests of you, your clients and our communities in mind. We have a strong business continuity plan in place, and we continue to work to ensure we are responding and adapting as the ongoing global situation evolves.
