We are pleased to announce that Alky Ndzila has joined Financial Horizons Group as our new Vice President of Sales for the Quebec Region, effective immediately.
In this role, Alky will work closely with our senior leadership and management teams and provide leadership to the Quebec Region sales team. His main responsibilities will include the development and implementation of strategic business plans designed to promote sales growth and improve the satisfaction of Quebec advisors. Alky will also have an important role in recruiting, and managing and coaching the Quebec sales team.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and, more specifically, ten years in sales management, Alky is knowledgeable and has strong sales, business development and strategic planning skills. As a bilingual professional who is passionate about mentoring, he focuses on results, growth and solutions.
Alky holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the Université de Montréal (2007), a Personal Insurance Representative certificate (2009), as well as a Financial Planning certificate (2014). He began his financial services career in 2008 as a Financial Security Advisor with a major Canadian company. After four years, he became an in-house individual insurance Sales Representative with a large insurance company and was quickly promoted to Senior Director of Sales and Marketing in individual insurance.
